A Little Bit About Me
I am a simple girl, educated and intelligent. Live with the family – mum, dad and two brothers (are they protective? Omg yes). Positively ADORE them; I am where I am in life because of their love, support and belief in me. I have been raised to treat elders with respect and young’uns with lots of love and would ideally like to meet someone of a similar nature. I am the type of girl who cannot sleep at night if I have inadvertently upset someone which is why I try my upmost best to be considerate of all those around me. I come from a Pakistani background and with no offence intended to anyone will prefer to meet someone from a similar background. A little insight into me….

-I have a phobia of the A12, why? I cannot explain…..
-Hate going to the hairdressers, as I ask for an inch and they cut 3!
-Unlike ALL my girlies I don’t have a sweet tooth
-I love to cook and can cook almost anything
-Am a little, just a little OCD when it comes to cleaning
-Absolutely LOVE my job – love working with teens! Have always been a patient mild mannered person but this job develops that skill so much further.
-Can still be bright and cheerful even after just 3 hours sleep – so I will drive you mad if you’re not a morning person

I am the type of girl who tries to see the best in people and will sacrifice my own happiness for the sake of my family and friends. I believe life’s happiness is greater when those around you are happier.

What I Am Looking For
I am looking for someone who likes the simple things in life, the big house, annual holidays, fast cars etc. are material things and don’t make you fall asleep smiling.

I have a bad habit and that is I don’t look after myself when I’m poorly, I’ll look after everyone else but when it comes to me and getting a cold I get lazy – so could you bring me some night nurse? Oh and then my asthma inhaler when I start wheezing after taking the night nurse (apparently it brings on asthma lol, but gets rid of the cold)

Being educated doesn’t guarantee that you are a good person or that you will make a good husband but some level of education is important to me, enough so that together we can look after our folks and their future grandchildren. I have changed my relocation to locally – my reasoning: we grew up thousands of miles away from our grandparents and it’s something that’s always saddened me, having elders around you is such a blessing and I’d like for our children to grow up with both sets of grandparents around them, does that make sense?

Personality is a big must for me, you’ve got to be able to make me laugh (although it doesn’t take much), I know – if I’m still laughing at something you have said earlier on the drive to work in the morning, then I think we could have something ‘special’. If you’re pleasant to the eye too well that’s an added bonus, I’d like our children to have some chance in life, bless em! AND if you resemble the oh so handsome Rahat Fateh Ali Khan – well then I’ll marry you yesterday!

My work does occupy quite a lot of my time, so it’s great if you have a hobby or some friends to fill some of the evening voids in my absence. When I’m at parents evening, away working with other schools, marking etc please feel free to go play some footy, visit the gym etc etc.

Kindness and honesty are the foundations of any relationship and if we both adhere to these I know we will be that grey haired couple sharing a bag of fish n chips on a bench at Southend one windy autumn afternoon – well it doesn’t have to be Southend, I can live with Blackpool!

I guess I’m looking for someone who will see me with their family and think ‘yes, I made the right choice’ and vice versa, for me that’s an incredibly important element of marriage…
